DELIVERY TIMES
Ready-to-Ship / In-Stock Products
For products that are in stock or immediately available, orders are dispatched after processing.
The standard transit time within Germany is generally 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Made-to-Order Products
Many PHILINI products are individually handcrafted in our atelier after an order is placed.
The production time for Made-to-Order products is generally approximately 6–14 weeks.
Once your product has been completed, it will be dispatched. The standard transit time must be added to the production period.
Bespoke Products
For individually designed or extensively customized Bespoke products, production and delivery times may vary depending on the individual order.
The estimated production and delivery time will be agreed individually with the customer.

Production time and transit time are separate:
Ready-to-Ship products: standard transit time within Germany is generally 2–4 business days from dispatch.
Made-to-Order products: production generally takes approximately 6–14 weeks, followed by the standard transit time.
Bespoke products: production and delivery times are agreed individually.
If a different production or delivery time is stated for a particular product or individually agreed with the customer, that specific timeframe applies to the respective order.
In the exceptional event of a significant delay, we will inform you as early as possible. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
