RETURN POLICY
Regardless of a statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, Philini Shop shall grant you the right to revoke your order in whole or in part if you return to us the goods that you would not want within 14 days of receipt (for all Countries).
The statutory provision regulating compensation for use shall apply mutatis mutandis. Please request a return form to facilitate returns. Philini Shop will cover all reasonable costs for returns. The right of revocation and return shall exist, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, for the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Duties and taxes
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. Philini clearly points out to the customer that the customer is responsible for costs that exceed the goods and shipping costs.
