RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY
The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
If you ordered several goods as part of one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes possession of the last item.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration:

You may send your withdrawal declaration by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but use of this form is not mandatory.
ELECTRONIC WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our electronic withdrawal function. It is accessible through the clearly labelled “Withdraw from contract” link in the footer of www.philini.com.
If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement by email containing the details of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
We will not reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For returns from within Germany, PHILINI will provide a free return label upon request and will bear the cost of that return shipment.
Please contact us at info@philini.com before returning the goods so that we can provide the return label and return instructions.
If you choose a different or more expensive shipping method without prior agreement, PHILINI will not be responsible for the resulting additional costs.
For returns from Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless PHILINI expressly agrees otherwise with you in an individual case.
Customs duties, import VAT and other charges paid to authorities or external service providers for deliveries to non-EU countries were not collected by PHILINI and cannot be reimbursed by PHILINI. Please contact the relevant customs or tax authority regarding any possible reimbursement.
DIMINISHED VALUE
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
EXCEPTION FOR CUSTOM-MADE AND PERSONALISED GOODS
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is determined by an individual choice or decision made by the customer, or goods that are clearly tailored to the customer’s personal requirements.
This may include individually designed bespoke products, products made to personal measurements, individually altered constructions, products bearing a personal name or initials, or comparable personal modifications.
PHILINI will inform you before the order is concluded if a product is excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal because of its individual manufacture or personalisation.
The description of a product as “made-to-order” does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal. The statutory right of withdrawal continues to apply to standard models without significant individual customisation.
WARRANTY RIGHTS AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
Your statutory warranty rights in relation to defective goods remain unaffected by this Return and Right of Withdrawal Policy.
