PAYMENT PROCESSING

Card payments, digital wallets and supported local payment methods are processed securely through Shopify Payments or the respective payment service provider.

When using PayPal, Klarna or another external payment service, the additional terms and privacy provisions of that provider may apply. You may be redirected to the provider or asked to complete additional verification during checkout.

PHILINI does not receive or store your complete card or payment-account details.

BANK TRANSFER

If bank transfer is offered and selected during checkout, you will receive the necessary payment information with your order confirmation. Please state your order number as the payment reference.

Your order will be processed after the complete payment has been received. Bank processing times may therefore affect the processing or delivery time of your order.

PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

The total amount payable, including applicable VAT, delivery charges and any other applicable costs, is displayed before you submit your order.

After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Payment may be authorised or collected when the order is submitted, in accordance with the conditions of the selected payment provider.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are normally issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
